If we talk about mechanics only, Nova can do two things efficiently: bursting a target (preferably a hero), moving quickly around the map without getting spotted. One thing to keep in mind is to be efficient all the time. If you're reading this, chances are you are not a pro, so why would you care about pro picks? Even though she doesn't seem viable at pro level, the good news is, she's viable in Hero League from rank 50 to rank 1. People see Nova as a useless hero who kill noob teammates because they're obviously noobs. This says pretty much everything, but every part of this has to be fully detailed. If I had to introduce Nova in a few words, I'd say: Nova is a cloaked ranged assassin with a low health pool and a high burst.
