"ValidateAdminCodeSignatures" would not let me edit it's current "0" to a "1". I could not find "EnableUIADesktopToggle" So I searched Google and found some relevant results, but nothing I could find helped. I tried running "secpol.msc" and it said it couldn't be found, and I also tried searching for that file and nothing came up. However, when I try to turn UAC on, (checking it and then clicking "Ok") nothing happens, and it resets to being off.
